The Annual Meeting of the Members of The American Independent Business Coalition will be held at 16125 Chesterfield Parkway W., Chesterfield, Missouri 63017, on Monday, Oct. 2, 2023 at 4 p.m. CST for election of Directors and for the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting and any adjournment thereof. The above notice is given pursuant to the By-Laws of the Association.
